Purchasing a product or product(s) on this site are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Postage

Your item will be posted within one working day of payment. We send parcels via Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible for delivery times that are subject postal delays. 

Our postage options are as follows:

Standard - £3.99

Express - £4.99

Please note that due to the weight of some items, the postage price may increase however, we will get in touch to inform you of this. 

Delivery

We offer local delivery to Croydon and Bromley postcodes for a small £2 charge. In order to use this option, please get in touch to be informed of delivery dates and slots.

Returns & Exchanges

Should you for any reason not be happy with your item(s) we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Item(s) must be returned at cost of the buyer, in the original condition, original packaging, tags still attached, unused and unworn. We can exchange your item(s) within 7 days of purchase providing it is the same style/item(s). Item(s) must be returned at the cost of the buyer.
